Vidyadhan Scholarship 2026 Launched by the Sarojini Damodaran Foundation to Support Meritorious Class 10 Passed Students

Bhubaneswar, May 30: The scholarship is meant for economically disadvantaged students from Odisha who have scored more than 80% marks in the BSE or CBSE Class 10 board examinations this year and whose family annual income is below ₹2 lakh. Differently-abled students who have secured at least 65% marks are also eligible to apply.

Selected students will receive an annual scholarship of ₹10,000 for their Plus Two studies. If they continue to perform well academically, they will also receive financial assistance for their chosen degree courses, ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹75,000 per year.

The foundation also provides career guidance and soft skills training to students.
Since 1999, the foundation has awarded 78,000 scholarships across 26 states. It aims to provide 1 lakh scholarships over the next 10 years. More than 700 students in Odisha have already benefited from this scholarship program.
