Women’s Empowerment at the Core of Odisha’s Development Vision as Historic Measures Continue to Drive Inclusive Growth and Self-Reliance

Bhubaneswar,  June 27 {UDN}:  Working towards the empowerment of women and the vision of a prosperous Odisha, the historic Subhadra Yojana launched by the Odisha Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of women’s empowerment, is making a significant impact.

Under the scheme, 30,345 women from 25 Gram Panchayats in the Brahmagiri Block constituency have received financial assistance and are benefiting from the initiative.

Subhadra Yojana is not merely a financial assistance programme; it is a transformative initiative that promotes women’s self-reliance, economic independence, and empowerment.
