Nabarangpur: Dec, 09: An essay discussion session was organized at the auditorium of the local Nabarangpur College on the occasion of the 9098 souvenir. The session was attended by local dignitaries and farmers. The District Council Chief Development Officer and Chairman of the Souvenir Committee, Biranchi Narayan Darowan, participated as the chief guest and offered floral tributes and lit lamps before the idol of Lord Jagannath.
