Bhubaneswar, April 13: Instructions have been issued to constitute Internal Complaints Committees (ICC) in all colleges within a week. A directive in this regard has been sent by the Regional Directorate of Education.
Letters have been issued to the principals of all government, private, and aided colleges, asking them to ensure the formation of ICCs.
If the committees are not formed, restrictions will be imposed on admissions for the academic year 2026–27.
