Belaguntha, June 24 {UDN}: In the Belaguntha block, the Block Education Officer (BEO) Lopa Mudra Rath has earned a distinct reputation for her dedicated initiatives towards promoting quality education and safeguarding the interests of teachers and teaching staff.
In this context, under her initiative, for the first time in the Belaguntha block, the family of a deceased teacher under the New Pension Scheme has been provided with due gratuity and family pension by the Block Education Office.
As per information, Chakradhar Naik, a teacher under the New Pension Scheme working at Indanpur Project Upper Primary School in Belaguntha block, had passed away a few years ago. Today, his wife, Jhilli Naik, was provided with gratuity and family pension by the Block Education Office.
On this occasion, the payment was made in the presence of BEO Lopa Mudra Rath, ABEO Simalanchal Jani, in-charge ABEO Santosh Kumar Patra, clerk Danardan Parichha, Prashant Kumar Sahu, and others at the Belaguntha Block Education Office premises.
As this is the first such initiative in the Belaguntha block, the efforts and working style of BEO Lopa Mudra Rath have been widely appreciated in the teachers’ community.
