Bhubaneswar, July 1 {UDN}: The government has intensified its focus on child welfare with the launch of a five-day training programme for members of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). The specialised training programme was inaugurated by the Deputy Chief Minister.
The initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of CWC members in handling child protection cases effectively and ensuring the implementation of child rights laws. Experts and senior officials will conduct technical sessions on rehabilitation, care, legal procedures, and best practices in child welfare throughout the five-day programme.
