Bhubaneswar, July 2 {UDN}: In collaboration with the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), a two-day training programme titled “VBG-RAMG” commenced today at the State Institute for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRD&PR). The programme was formally inaugurated by Mr. Arup Kumar Sahu, Additional Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water.
Objectives and Focus of the Training
Understanding the Revised Framework: To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the revised framework and operational approach of the VBG-RAMG programme.
Capacity Building: To enhance the skills and capabilities of grassroots-level functionaries for strengthening a more robust, transparent, and effective rural development and Panchayati Raj system.
Promoting Wider Participation: To improve coordination among different districts and ensure the effective implementation of government schemes through collaborative efforts.
