Bhubaneswar, July 3 {UDN}: Odisha has taken a major step towards becoming a global aluminium manufacturing hub with the signing of a mega Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) worth ₹1.10 lakh crore. The agreement has been signed through a joint collaboration between Adani Group and IHC (International Holding Company) to develop large-scale aluminium and allied industrial projects in the state.
The investment is expected to significantly boost industrial growth, create thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities, and strengthen Odisha’s position in the global metals and mining sector. The project will also support the development of modern infrastructure, enhance exports, and contribute to the state’s long-term economic growth.
