Kotpad, July 4 {UDN}: An awareness meeting for a drug-free Odisha was organized by the police administration on the premises of PM SHRI High School in Kotpad.
The meeting was chaired by Kotpad Police Station Officer-in-Charge Fakir Mohan Khara. During the awareness program, discussions were held on how Odisha can be made drug-free, and how youth should take responsibility in curbing violence and social disorder caused by drug abuse, thereby promoting a more disciplined society.
Several dignitaries were present at the event, including Kotpad Bar Association President Mani Patnaik, Kishore Mishra, MP representative Pradeep Rath, Sitanath Biswal, and Headmistress Sabita Rani Sadanangi, who also addressed and sensitized the participants.
Students, along with teachers and teaching staff of the school, actively participated in the program.
