 New Delhi, July 9 [UDN}:  During his visit to New Delhi, Dr. Mukesh Mahalingam visited the National Health Authority (NHA) headquarters and held a detailed discussion with NHA Chief Executive Officer Dr. Sunil Barnwal on strengthening Odisha’s healthcare infrastructure. The meeting focused on the implementation roadmap for the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) in the state.
In addition, the discussions covered key implementation priorities, challenges in execution, expansion of healthcare services, and strategic measures to further strengthen the rollout of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission across Odisha. The deliberations emphasized enhancing healthcare accessibility, improving digital health services, and ensuring efficient delivery of quality medical care to the people of the state.
