Nabarangpur,Aug 4 [UDN}:: A comprehensive rural development project named PROSPER was launched at the Tentulikhunti Block Conference Hall in Nabarangpur district. The project has been initiated by Ranchi Foundation as part of the CSR initiative of Mankind Pharma Limited in Dighi and Tentulikhunti Gram Panchayats of Tentulikhunti Block.
The objective of the project is to accelerate the social and economic development of rural communities. Under this initiative, various programmes will be implemented in areas such as healthcare services, safe drinking water, sanitation, education, women empowerment, skill development for youth, improvement of agriculture and livelihoods, plantation drives, and environmental protection.
The project will be implemented with the active participation of local Panchayats, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and community members, ensuring sustainable improvement in the quality of life of villagers.
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Kumar Panda, Founder & Director, ETPA, said that the aim of the project is to build a healthy, self-reliant, and prosperous village community.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Nutan Kumar Proga (Program Manager, ETPA), General Manager & CSR Head, Biswajit Chandra Barman (ADM, Nabarangpur), Roshan Kumar Karshik (Deputy CEO, ORMAS), Manoj Kumar Panigrahi (BDO, Tentulikhunti), Sanjukta Panda (Board Member, ETPA), Roma Pattnaik (DSWO), and other dignitaries.
Anganwadi workers, agriculture department officials and staff, local representatives, and a large number of villagers also participated in the programme.
