Bhubaneswar, Aug 7 [UDN}:A preparatory meeting was held in Jeypore to review and finalize the arrangements for the upcoming 80th District-Level Independence Day celebration. The meeting focused on ensuring a grand, disciplined, and successful observance of the national festival with the active coordination of all concerned departments and officials.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding various aspects of the celebration, including the venue arrangements, security measures, traffic management, cleanliness, cultural programmes, parade preparations, participation of students, and other necessary arrangements. Officials were directed to complete all assigned responsibilities within the stipulated time frame to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
The meeting also emphasized maintaining proper coordination among different departments, including the district administration, police department, education department, municipal authorities, and other stakeholders. Special attention was given to providing necessary facilities for participants and ensuring that the celebration reflects the spirit of patriotism and national pride.
