All-Party Meeting Convened in Malkangiri Assembly Constituency-146, Electoral Form Lists Handed Over to Representatives of Political Parties

Malkangiri, Aug 17 [UDN}:An important all-party review meeting was held today regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls for Malkangiri Assembly Constituency-146. The meeting was chaired by Malkangiri Sub-Collector and Electoral Registration Officer, Duryodhan Bhoi.

The meeting primarily focused on the progress of the SIR-2026 exercise, issuance of notices related to corrections in the electoral rolls, and the hearing process concerning such revisions. The administration informed the participants that all necessary steps were being taken to ensure that the preparation and revision of the electoral rolls remained transparent and error-free.

On the occasion, representatives of various major political parties present at the meeting were handed over complete lists of important documents related to claims and objections, including Form 9 for inclusion of names, Form 10 for objections to inclusion of names, Form 11 for deletion of names, Form 11A for correction of errors, and Form 11B for transfer.

All political parties were requested to verify these lists through their respective Booth Level Agents (BLAs).
