Bhubaneswar, Sept 24 [UDN}:To make municipal services more accessible and convenient for citizens in urban areas, the Sahar Sathi 1929 helpline is providing a 24-hour complaint registration facility.
Citizens can use the helpline to lodge complaints related to sanitation, water supply, street lighting and other civic services. The service also enables citizens to obtain information about the status and progress of their complaints, helping them track the steps being taken for resolution.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening citizen access to municipal services and making the grievance-redressal system more responsive and user-friendly.
