Bhubaneswar, Oct 6 [UDN}:Odisha Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari said efforts are continuing to make the state’s revenue administration more transparent, faster and more people-oriented.
Senior revenue officials from Odisha recently visited Madhya Pradesh earlier this month to study the state’s advanced administrative systems and practices. Following their return, a high-level meeting was held today at Lok Seva Bhawan to discuss the exchange of administrative knowledge, experience and best practices between the two states.
During the meeting, officials discussed how successful practices adopted in Madhya Pradesh could be adapted to Odisha’s revenue administration. Minister Suresh Pujari said the experience gained from the study visit would help improve transparency and efficiency in revenue services and make it easier for citizens to resolve their grievances and access government services.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening administrative systems through inter-state knowledge sharing and ensuring that Odisha’s revenue administration becomes more responsive, efficient and citizen-centric.
