27th January 2025: The much-anticipated “Utkarsh Odisha” event is set to kick off tomorrow, with preparations in full swing. Chief Minister Mahan Charan Majhi visited the event grounds to assess the arrangements, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event. The venue, Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar, is bustling with activity as final touches are being made.
