The project will introduce new classrooms, dedicated toilets for boys and girls, boundary walls, and a greener campus environment. It will also establish digital libraries, language labs, computer facilities, smart boards, and sports grounds, creating a well-rounded educational experience. The plan emphasizes physical education, social development, and cultural learning, providing students with a holistic approach to education.
Additionally, the scheme will focus on revitalizing some of Odisha’s oldest schools, including those that are over 100 years old or were established prior to independence. These historic schools will be modernized to retain their cultural value while providing contemporary educational resources. A total of 45 such schools will be developed under this plan.
Chief Minister @MohanMOdisha stressed that this initiative will play a key role in improving educational quality and securing a brighter future for Odisha’s students. The government aims to build an education system that combines modern learning tools with the rich heritage of the state’s educational legacy.
