Puri, July 30 (UDN): In a swift emergency response, Krushnaprasad Police created an 80-kilometre green corridor to facilitate the rapid transfer of a critically injured schoolboy to MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur for urgent treatment.
The minor boy sustained serious injuries after falling from his bicycle, during which the bicycle handle reportedly pierced his abdomen. Due to the severity of his condition, immediate medical attention was required, prompting authorities to arrange a special traffic corridor for faster transportation.
Police personnel worked quickly to clear the route and ensure smooth movement of the emergency vehicle, helping reduce travel time during the critical journey.
