Bhubaneswar, Aug 18 [UDN}:Cancer treatment has been made more accessible and comprehensive for the people of Odisha, with 91 new packages added under the Ayushman Bharat and Gopabandhu Jana Arogya Yojana schemes. Beneficiaries can now avail themselves of advanced and quality cancer treatment completely free of cost at empanelled hospitals.
The key objective of this initiative is to ensure timely treatment, help control the disease, and reduce the financial burden on patients and their families, thereby contributing towards building a healthier and cancer-resilient Odisha.
