Bhubaneswar: April. 27:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare the Class 12 examination results for 2026 by the end of this month. According to CBSE, the evaluation process has been made faster and more accurate through the use of an on-screen marking system, with answer sheets being checked digitally.
Students will be able to check their results on the official websites — results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. Additionally, results will also be available through DigiLocker, UMANG, and SMS services. These alternative platforms will help reduce heavy traffic on the websites at the time of result publication.
Digital mark sheets will also be accessible via DigiLocker, containing details such as student information, marks, and grades.
CBSE has not confirmed whether a toppers’ list will be released. To pass the examination, students must secure at least 33% marks. Those who fail in one or more subjects can appear for compartment examinations, which are likely to be conducted in July 2026.
