Bhubaneswar: July 2 {UDN}:The process of reviewing, verifying, and correcting the errors identified in school textbooks is currently underway, and the work is being carried out with utmost priority to ensure that students receive accurate, high-quality learning materials. According to the School and Mass Education Secretary, officials and subject experts are carefully examining the textbooks to identify printing mistakes, factual inaccuracies, typographical errors, formatting issues, and any other discrepancies that may affect students’ learning.
The Secretary assured that the government is committed to maintaining high academic standards and is taking all necessary corrective measures before distributing the revised editions. Once the review and correction process is completed, error-free textbooks will be printed and supplied to schools at the earliest, ensuring that students across the state have access to reliable and updated educational resources.
The School and Mass Education Department has emphasized that providing flawless textbooks is a top priority, as accurate learning materials play a crucial role in improving the quality of education and supporting students in their academic development. Authorities have also stated that every effort is being made to complete the correction process without unnecessary delay so that students’ studies are not adversely affected.
