Jharsuguda, June 29 {UDN}: A “Bikashara Dhara, Odisha Sara” (Development Across Odisha) programme was organized at Lakhanpur Gram Panchayat under Lakhanpur Block in Jharsuguda district.
During the programme, officials from the District Labour Office informed local residents about various public welfare and development initiatives undertaken by the Labour and Employees’
State Insurance (ESI) Department. The awareness drive aimed to educate people at the grassroots level about government welfare schemes and services available to workers.
On the occasion, identity cards were distributed to registered workers, and financial assistance and benefits were provided to eligible beneficiaries under the department’s welfare programmes.
