District Administration Conducts Joint Grievance Hearing Camp in Dabugaon Block, Reviews Public Issues and Directs Officials for Prompt Action

Nabarangpur,July 30 UDN}:A Joint Public Grievance Hearing Camp was held today at the conference hall of Dabugaon Block under the joint chairmanship of Nabarangpur District Collector Dr. Maheswar Swain and Superintendent of Police Kashyap Parth Jagadish.

Additional District Magistrate (General) Dr. Pramod Kumar Pusti, Divisional Forest Officer Udayan Subuddhi, Sub-Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra, along with other district-level and block-level officials, were present at the camp and listened to the grievances of the people.

A total of 23 complaints were received during the hearing. Of these, 16 were individual complaints, while 7 were collective complaints related to various village-level issues.

Out of the complaints received, two cases were resolved on the spot, while one applicant was approved for assistance from the Red Cross. The remaining 21 complaints were registered on the Jan Sunani grievance portal and forwarded to the concerned departments for necessary action and resolution.

On the occasion, the District Collector directed the concerned officials to ensure the prompt and quality resolution of public grievances and instructed them to dispose of the complaints within the stipulated time frame.
