Delhi, Sept 16 [UDN}: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former President and eminent philosopher, scholar and educationist Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, President Droupadi Murmu paid her heartfelt tributes to the revered national figure at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
