Education Drive Gains Momentum as “Let Everyone Go to School” Program Organized in Jeypore

 Jeypore, April 21:  In Jeypore of Koraput district, an awareness program titled “Let Everyone Go to School” was organized by the Vidya Banta Vidyarthi Parishad under the Block Education Office.
An education awareness vehicle (Shiksha Rath), which started on 04.04.2026 from Kunduriguda, traveled across various schools in Jeypore block and reached Shivguda Primary School under Kanga Sadhan Kendra. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about school enrollment, entry festivals, and the “Khadi Chhuan” (initiation to learning) program.
The Shiksha Rath received a warm welcome at Shivguda. The Headmaster Jagadish Mishra along with all teachers organized the enrollment festival and Khadi Chhuan program.
Block Education Officer Chandan Kumar Nayak attended as the chief guest.
Other dignitaries included Rajendra Narayan Padhi (departmental officer), Shashibhushan Das (senior assistant), K. Gopal and Somanath Gadaba (assistant BEOs).
Meritorious students were awarded prizes by the guests.
Several community members like Kiran Maharana, Ranjit Mohanty, Manoj Pattnaik, and Kishore Tripathy were present.
Jagannath Mishra was appreciated by the Block Education Officer for actively traveling with the Shiksha Rath and spreading awareness among the public.
The program successfully promoted the importance of education, encouraging school enrollment and community participation to ensure that every child attends school.
