Currently, an upper-air cyclonic circulation is seen over the South Andaman Sea and nearby regions. This weather system is expected to intensify and shift westward towards the southeast Bay of Bengal, where it may form a low-pressure area by the 23rd.

In the next two days, this low-pressure area could strengthen into a depression over the southwest Bay of Bengal.

The system may bring increased cloud cover, rainfall, and gusty winds, particularly affecting coastal regions like Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Authorities are monitoring the situation closely, and more updates will be provided as the system evolves.

Residents in these areas are advised to stay alert and follow official weather advisories.
