Ganjam , July 25 UDN}: The first meeting of the ‘Nayan Jyoti’ programme was held today under the chairmanship of the Ganjam District Collector. Under this initiative, around 4.5 lakh students from Classes 1 to 12 across the district will undergo eye examinations, and free spectacles will be provided to those who need them. The programme will be implemented in coordination with the Department of Health and Family Welfare and the Department of School and Mass Education.
