Nabarangpur, Aug 31 [UDN}:: A young model from Nabarangpur district has showcased his talent on a national platform, bringing pride to the district. Krishna Pujari, a resident of Rajpur village under Umerkote block, emerged victorious in the Mr. Category at the national-level beauty pageant and talent hunt ‘India Crowns Legends Season-2.’
The competition was held on August 23 at Rungta Town Hall in Barbil, Keonjhar district. A total of 85 contestants from Odisha, West Bengal and Jharkhand participated in the national-level event. Krishna outperformed the other contestants to secure the title in the Mr. Category.
Born and brought up in a rural environment, Krishna had a keen interest in modelling and acting from childhood. He moved from his village to Umerkote town for education while continuing to pursue his passion for modelling. Later, he shifted to Bhubaneswar for higher studies and, while pursuing an MBA, became more active and established in the modelling field.
Working with various models and engaging in continuous practice helped Krishna further hone his skills. His achievement at the national level, coming from a remote rural village, has become an inspiration for the younger generation.
His success is expected to particularly encourage young talents from rural areas who aspire to pursue modelling and acting as a career.
