Bhubaneswar (UDN): Governor Kambhampati Hari Babu today addressed probationers of the Odisha Administrative Service (ORS), urging them to build a strong understanding of government welfare schemes and uphold the highest standards of integrity in public service.

Speaking to the young officers who represent the next generation of the state’s administration, the Governor emphasized that effective governance begins with clear knowledge of welfare programmes and their intended impact on citizens. He reminded the probationers that their role goes beyond administrative duties, extending to ensuring that benefits reach eligible people without delay or discrimination.
Highlighting the importance of ethical conduct in public service, the Governor called on officers to remain transparent, accountable, and citizen-focused throughout their careers.
