Jajpur,Aug 25 [UDN}: The flood situation in Jajpur district continues to cause serious disruption to normal life, with people affected by the devastating floods. Even s, the impact of the disaster is still being felt across several flood-hit areas. One of the major concerns is the disruption to education, as schools and educational activities remain severely affected in many places.
With large areas still struggling with waterlogging and flood-related problems, thousands of schoolchildren have been unable to return to their classrooms and resume their studies normally. Their books, notebooks, school bags and other educational materials remain unused, as the children are unable to attend school regularly. The prolonged interruption has raised concerns about the academic loss being suffered by students, particularly those living in the worst-affected areas.
Parents and guardians are also worried about the prolonged closure or disruption of educational institutions. Many families are still concentrating on restoring their homes, livelihoods and basic necessities after the flood, making it difficult for them to ensure that their children can continue their education.
