Khordha, Aug 4 [UDN}: The Khordha District Administration and the District Education Office on Saturday organised a district-level felicitation ceremony for students who secured A1 grades and the Annual Conference of Headmasters and Headmistresses, Shresthata Sammilani–2026, at the Skill Development Institute in Taraboi, Jatni.
On the occasion, the book “Ama Taraka” published by the District Education Department was formally unveiled. The publication highlights the department’s achievements, the outstanding performance of meritorious students, and inspiring success stories from the education sector. It is expected to motivate future generations to strive for academic excellence.
The event was attended by Khordha MLA and Chairman of the District Planning Board Prashant Kumar Jagdev, Jatni MLA Bibhuti Bhusan Balabantaray, Zilla Parishad Chairperson Rupashree Rani Gumansingh, District Collector Amrit Ruturaj, District Education Officer Sonamika Ray, Surjyaprabha Foundation head Prabhati Satpathy, Additional District Education Officers Dr. Pragyan Paramita Jena, Rashmibala Parida, Bijay Kumar Behera, all Block Education Officers of the district, and several other distinguished guests.
