Kotpad Joint Grievance Camp Witnesses Strong Public Participation as 58 Complaints Are Heard and 7 Issues Get Instant Resolution

Kotpad ,June 2:: A joint public grievance hearing camp was held today at the Kotpad Block Conference Hall. The hearing was jointly conducted by Koraput District Collector Manoj Satyawan Mahajan and Superintendent of Police Rohit Verma.

A total of 58 complaints were registered during today’s camp. Among them, 40 were collective complaints and 18 were individual complaints. The District Collector listened to the grievances of each complainant and directed the concerned departmental officers to ensure immediate resolution of the issues.

Notably, 7 complaints were resolved on the spot itself.

Additional District Magistrate Tapan Kumar Nayak, Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Benudhar Sabar, IAS Probationer Anup Nayak, Jeypore Sub-Collector Jadumani Nayak, along with all district-level officers, Kotpad Block Development Officer Sandhya Samarth, and all block-level staff were present and assisted in conducting the programme.
