Maha Kumbh 2025: Merging Tradition with Technology through Drone Light Show

1st January 2025: The 2025 Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj will feature a captivating blend of spirituality and modern technology. From January 13 to February 26, a fleet of 2,000 drones will take to the night skies over the Sangam, offering an awe-inspiring light show that will depict the legendary ‘Samudra Manthan’ (churning of the ocean) and the rise of the ‘Amrit Kalash’ (nectar pot).

In addition to the drone spectacle, visitors will have the opportunity to experience immersive 360-degree virtual reality stalls. These will provide a glimpse into significant Kumbh events, including the grand ‘peshwai’ procession, sacred bathing days, and the famous ‘Ganga Aarti’.

This year’s Maha Kumbh promises to be an unforgettable event, seamlessly integrating India’s rich spiritual heritage with the latest in technological advancements.
