Malkangiri Collector Inspects Ongoing Projects, Urges Faster Completion

Malkangiri , April 18:  The District Collector of Malkangiri  Somesh Kumar Upadhyay (IAS) i visited Padia block and reviewed the ongoing developmental works in various areas, directting officials to expedite their completion.
He instructed the PA, ITDA and the District Welfare Officer to immediately complete the construction of new classrooms and a hostel at Iralgundi Bhima Madkami High School. He also emphasized the repair and upgradation of the playground at the PM Shri School located at Kanyashram.
At Nilguda, he directed the Superintending Engineer of the Rural Development Department to ensure the early completion of the under-construction homeopathic medical facility. Additionally, he suggested developing the Iralgundi Anganwadi Centre into a modern Anganwadi centre.
During his visit to Undrukonda, he expressed happiness after observing the preparation of badi and papad at the Saberi homemade products centre run by women and directed officials to open a retail outlet for their products.
At Girkanpalli, he also inspected the biofloc fish farming project and stressed increasing its production.
