MLA Pramila Mallik Takes Part in Odisha Legislative Assembly’s SC and ST Committee Meeting, Discussing Matters Related to Scheduled Castes and Tribes

Bhubaneswar: Aug 10 [UDN}:Senior legislator Smt. Pramila Mallik attended the meeting of the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) Committee of the Odisha Legislative Assembly. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various issues related to the welfare, development, and overall progress of people belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes communities in the state.
The committee reviewed matters concerning the implementation of government schemes and welfare programmes aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of SC and ST communities. Members discussed the challenges faced by these communities in areas such as education, healthcare, employment opportunities, infrastructure development, and social security.
Smt. Pramila Mallik actively participated in the deliberations and emphasized the importance of ensuring that the benefits of government initiatives reach eligible beneficiaries at the grassroots level.
