Mayurbhanj, July 17 [UDN}: A 36-member Traffic Unit has been launched in the Rairangpur Police District of Mayurbhanj to strengthen traffic management and road safety measures in the region.
The newly formed traffic unit will help regulate vehicular movement and reduce traffic congestion.
It will focus on enforcing traffic rules and promoting safe driving practices among commuters.
The initiative is expected to improve road discipline and enhance public safety across the police district.
The deployment of dedicated traffic personnel will also assist in managing traffic during festivals, public events, and peak travel hours.
