Bhubaneswar, May 09: With this approval, road development will be carried out in remote areas such as Koraput, including the Semiliguda–Handiput and Lamtaput–Machkund roads. Additionally, two modern flyovers will be constructed in Brahmapur city at Tata Benz Square and Girijunction Road Junction. Along with this, widening of the Umarkote–Chandahandi–Malgaon road in Nabarangpur district, the Khariar Road–Amodi–Beltukri road in Nuapada district, and roads such as Dalgaan–Tilia and Charpali–Dhangaghat in Jharsuguda district, along with the construction of the Ramapela bridge approach road, have been initiated.
In Gajapati district, the Ramgiri–Jirang–Narayanpur road and Adaba–Paniganda road will be widened. Similarly, the improvement of the Jaleswar–Batgram–Chandaneswar road in Balasore district is also included under this plan.
Better transport infrastructure is the foundation of economic development.
