Bhubaneswar, Aug 19 [UDN}:The examination pattern for recruitment to the Odisha Education Service (OES) has been officially released, bringing clarity to the structure, stages and marking scheme of the upcoming recruitment examination. As per the newly issued framework, the OES recruitment examination will be conducted in two separate stages, with the entire selection process carrying a total of 675 marks.
The examination structure has been designed to assess candidates at different levels, including their general knowledge, subject-related understanding, analytical ability, teaching and educational awareness, and overall suitability for appointment to the Odisha Education Service.
