Applicants are required to submit copies of their Aadhaar card, Aadhaar-linked or alternative mobile number details, Record of Rights (RoR) or land documents, the first page of their bank passbook, and their Farmer Registry number or Agri Stack number.

Sharecroppers must also provide a consent letter from the landowner. Aadhaar-based e-KYC has been made mandatory for all registrations.

While applying, farmers need to mention the expected month and fortnight in which they intend to sell their paddy under the procurement programme. In the case of sharecroppers, Aadhaar e-KYC of both the cultivator and the landowner is required, and the landowner’s presence will be necessary during the registration process.

The registration drive is part of the state government’s preparations for the upcoming Kharif paddy procurement season, aimed at ensuring a smooth procurement process for farmers.
