Odisha Food Supplies Minister Holds Courtesy Meeting with WFP Representatives to Discuss Food and Consumer Welfare Issues

Bhubaneswar,  Aug 22 [UDN}:Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Minister Shri Krushna Chandra Patra held a courtesy meeting with Ms. Elizabeth Faure, Representative of the World Food Programme (WFP) in India, and Ms. Nozomi Hashimoto at his residential office in Bhubaneswar.
During the meeting, the Minister expressed his gratitude to the WFP officials for the successful implementation of the ‘Annapurti’ (Grain ATM) programme in Jharsuguda. He also discussed the possibility of expanding the ‘Annapurti’ programme to other districts of Odisha.
