As part of this initiative, NCC branches will be set up in schools across the state, including Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas. Additionally, three new training centers will be established in Cuttack, Brahmapur, and Sambalpur to improve cadet training. Land has already been allocated for these centers, with five acres in Cuttack and Brahmapur and ten acres in Sambalpur.
This expansion aims to enhance leadership, discipline, and service values among the youth, contributing to the overall development of Odisha’s role in the nation’s defense services.
