Gajapati , Oct 8 [UDN}:As part of its public awareness initiative on the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, the TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) is using street plays to educate people about the benefits of rooftop solar power.
In this connection, a street play was organised at Ranalai in R. Udayagiri block of Gajapati district. Through an engaging theatrical presentation, the public was informed about the importance and benefits of adopting solar energy under the scheme.
During the programme, people were also briefed about the benefits available under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, government subsidy provisions and the procedure for applying for the scheme. The initiative aims to encourage more households to adopt rooftop solar systems and make greater use of clean and renewable energy.
