Bhubaneswar, Aug 5 [UDN}:To obtain detailed information about all the Anganwadi Centres functioning under any particular Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Office, fill out this prescribed format and submit an application under the Right to Information (RTI) Act to the concerned Public Information Officer (PIO) of the respective Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) Office.
Through this RTI application, citizens can seek comprehensive details regarding all Anganwadi Centres operating under the jurisdiction of the concerned ICDS Office. The information requested may include the names and locations of Anganwadi Centres, details of Anganwadi workers and helpers, number of beneficiaries, services being provided, availability of infrastructure, government facilities, funds allocated and utilized, records of nutritional programmes, and other relevant details maintained by the ICDS authorities.
