Delhi. Oct 14 [UDN}: President Droupadi Murmu welcomed Swiss President Guy Parmelin at Rashtrapati Bhavan and hosted a banquet in his honour during his visit to India.
The two leaders held discussions on further strengthening bilateral cooperation between India and Switzerland across key areas, including science and technology, innovation, clean and green energy and other emerging sectors.
The talks underscored the importance of deepening the longstanding India-Switzerland partnership, particularly in areas that can promote technological advancement, sustainable development, innovation and mutually beneficial economic cooperation.
