Amid chants, devotion, and the presence of thousands of devotees, Lord Sudarshan, Lord Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra, and Lord Jagannath were ceremonially escorted to the Adapa Mandap inside the Gundicha Temple through the traditional Goti Pahandi procession.

According to temple customs, Lord Sudarshan led the procession, followed by Lord Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra, and Lord Jagannath. The ritual marks the arrival of the deities at the Gundicha Temple, where they continue their divine stay as part of the annual Rath Yatra traditions.

Large crowds gathered at Saradha Bali to seek a glimpse of the deities before the upcoming Bahuda Yatra. To ensure the smooth movement of devotees, the district administration has introduced special crowd management arrangements, including a regulated one-way darshan system.

The grand Rath Yatra celebrations continue to attract devotees from across the country, showcasing Odisha’s rich spiritual heritage and the enduring cultural significance of Lord Jagannath’s annual journey.
