Bhubaneswar: July 1 {UDN}: The deadline for procuring Rabi paddy has been extended by another three days. Earlier, yesterday was the last scheduled day for the procurement process.
The extension is expected to benefit farmers who were unable to sell their produce within the original timeline.
The decision will provide additional time for the completion of pending paddy procurement at designated centres.
Officials have urged eligible farmers to complete the sale of their Rabi paddy within the extended period.
