Bhubaneswar, Aug 4 [UDN}:To further strengthen disaster preparedness and response, 17 NDRF teams, ODRAF teams, and around 60 Fire Services teams have been deployed at various vulnerable locations.
As a precautionary measure, District Collectors have been empowered to declare closure of educational institutions in affected areas as per the requirement. All government officials have also been instructed to remain prepared and vigilant for disaster management operations.
