Bhubaneswar, Oct 12 [UDN}:Odisha Minister Dr. Krushna Chandra Mahapatra has launched the #Sujal Campaign with the objective of creating widespread public awareness about water conservation and the safe use of drinking water.
The campaign, being observed from October 2 to October 16, will focus on promoting the judicious use of water and encouraging people to adopt safe drinking-water practices. It will also emphasize the prevention of water-borne diseases through improved awareness, hygiene and responsible water usage.
The campaign seeks to strengthen public participation in water conservation and sanitation efforts, encouraging communities to understand the importance of protecting water resources and ensuring access to safe and clean drinking water.
