Indravati , Sept 26 [UDN}:The gates of the Indravati Dam have once again been opened due to the rising water level in the reservoir. At present, water is being released through a total of three gates.
According to the available information, each of the three gates has been opened by 2 metres to facilitate the discharge of excess water from the reservoir.
The current water level in the Indravati reservoir has reportedly reached 641.55 metres. The release of water through the dam gates has prompted authorities to keep a close watch on the situation in the downstream areas.
