Mayurbhanj, June 1 (BNP): A villager was allegedly killed in a suspected tiger attack in a forested area of Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district, triggering panic among local residents after partially mutilated human remains were recovered from the area.

According to local sources, the victim had reportedly ventured into the forest when the incident occurred. Concern grew after the person failed to return home, prompting family members and villagers to launch a search operation.
During the search, human remains were allegedly discovered inside the forest under disturbing circumstances, raising suspicion of a tiger attack. Forest officials later reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the incident.
